Heartburn is a feeling of burning or burning that spreads from the stomach or lower part of the chest to the neck. It is often provoked by consuming a particular type of food, bending, tingling or laying. Heartburn is the dominant symptom of gastroesophageal reflux disease. It is very often associated with the return of gastric contents to the gut.
It is estimated that in the 20 to 40 percent of the population, symptoms of heartburn occur occasionally, while in 7 to 10 percent they occur daily. Some of the known factors that can cause it are: hernia, smoking, abundant meal-rich meals, eating in late hours, obesity and tight clothing.
Natural Remedies
(Warning: Take only one of the following formulas).
Basil (Osimum basilicum)
Insert of 4-6 grams of dried leaves in 250 ml of boiling water. Leave it to stand for 10 minutes and then expose it. Drink 1 cup per day (without sugar).
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
Place 2-3 grams of dried leaves in a cop of boiling water and leave it to stand for 5 minutes. Drink 1 cup around the afternoon and one evening after a meal.
Comorac (Foeniculum vulgare)
Place a quarter of a half of a Comoracl of crushed seeds in a cop of boiling water and leave it stand for 10 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups a day.
